Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

If you encounter any problems with the product you ordered,

The first step is to contact Spree’s Customer Service team through our hotline.

Our Customer Service agents will help you troubleshoot and determine how best to solve the problems you are encountering on the phone.

If the product problems are not solvable on the phone, you can send us the product back. We evaluate the returned product through our quality evaluation process, subject to our Return Policy before approving the Refund or the Replacement.

We have a 7 days return policy for all products shipped by Spree, one of the best in the industry! Items shipped by Spree may be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the delivery.

Return Policy

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Refund Policy

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method with our Customer Service Team. The shipping fee is Refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product if the refund has been due to our Platform’s error, our third party suppliers’ error, or the factory fault. If the product was returned for invalid reasons or due to user’s fault, the shipping fee will be on the customer.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have chosen with our customer service team. Once we have received your product (2 - 3 working days), and after it has undergone a quality evaluation process (2 - 4 business days), the expected refund processing time will be within 7 business days.

Replacement Policy

The customer can opt for a replacement for eligible returns. The replacement product can be the same product type, a different product with the same monetary value, or a cheaper product (we do not refund the difference in the monetary amount).

If you decide for a replacement product that is more expensive than the returned product, we will send you the invoice for the extra cost.
