    You can create your Spree account in a quick and easy process by using your Facebook account, an email, or a phone number. If you create an account using an email or a phone number, you will then receive a confirmation email or a one-time password to log in.

    Yes, Spree only offers 100% brand new, unused products. Please contact us through email at info@spree.com.mm or through our Facebook Page if you find a reason to think a product listed on our website does not meet these criteria.

  • Are all products on Spree original and genuine?

    Yes, we are dedicated to selling only the original and genuine products to our customers. We also take all possible precautions to ensure this: any product found to be featured with false or misleading information on the product page will be taken offline and delisted from Spree immediately. Please send us an email on info@spree.com.mm or contact us through our Facebook Page if you think a product listed on our website does not fulfill these standards.

    There are no hidden costs or charges when you order from Spree. All costs including the delivery charges are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.

    Prices on Spree are not negotiable. Spree always ensure our customers receive the best deals.

    We work hard to make our prices as competitive as possible and offer some of the lowest prices in Myanmar.     Customers are always recommended to follow the instructions written on the warranty card provided by the brand.

  • Where are the Warranty Service Centers?

    Please refer to the manufacturer (or service center) details on the warranty card included with your product. If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or the product packaging for more details or get in touch with our Customer Service Team.   • How can I claim warranty for my product?

    You can claim any warranty by presenting your product and the warranty card at an authorized service center.

  • How do I know if a product comes with warranty?

    For all products that come with a warranty, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page, to the right of the product image. If a product is sold by multiple vendors, the warranty period offered by each vendor will be displayed to the right of Seller name, in the 'More Information' box below the product image.

  • Why am I having trouble placing products in the cart?

    If you are having trouble placing products in your cart, please make sure that you have selected all the required product specifications, such as color and size.   • How do I place an order?

    Shopping on Spree is easy!

    Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

    Login to your account.

    Make sure you choose your product variations (i.e sizes and colors for clothes)

    For multiple items order, click on 'Add to Cart' on your products, then, Checkout from your top right cart icon.

    For single item order, click on 'Buy Now',

    Click 'Place order' on the left side of the web page.

    Click on your preferred payment option, and click on 'Pay Now'.

    If you see the 'Thank you for your purchase' page, congratulations, your order has been placed!

  • How can I ensure the stock availability?

    If there is any product is out of stock, the system will not allow you to add it to your shopping cart.

  • Does Spree have a physical shop? How can we order?

    Spree is an online shopping platform, and you can order online through our website www.spree.com.mm or our App. Download Spree App here! If you want to inspect the products you would like to buy at our warehouse, you are welcome to visit our warehouse at No. C2/20-21, Thiriyadanar Wholesale Market, North Okkalarpa Township.

  • Will I receive a call before delivery?

    We will call or send SMS notifications to you before attempting the delivery and when the delivery partner arrives at the delivery location. If you are not available at the time of delivery attempt, the delivery partner will try to re-deliver to you at another time.

  • Can I arrange the date that I want to receive my order?

    Sorry, we apologize that we are unable to specify the exact delivery date and time. If you are not available at the time of delivery attempt, delivery partner will try to re-deliver to you at another time.

  • How can I track my order?

    We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via SMS.

    You can also track your order status by entering your tracking number on 'Track my order' or

    'Your Name's Account > My Orders' tabs at the top right corner of our website.

  • How do I know the order is confirmed?

    You can easily find the products through our search bar. If not found for any reason, please contact us at Spree Facebook Messenger or call our hotline number for further enquiries. We will try our best to assist you to source for the item as soon as possible or recommend you an equivalent alternative.

    We only accept Myanmar Kyats.

  • How do I pay on Spree?

    Spree offers a variety of payment methods so that you can choose what is most convenient for you! We support the following methods of payment:

    Cash On Delivery: With "Cash on Delivery" payment, you will pay the amount due to the delivery driver when your package arrives at your doorstep.

    Credit/Debit Card and Online Wallets (Digital Payments): The "Digital Payments" enable you to pay online at the time of purchase. This makes the process cashless, secure, and hassle free. With easy "Digital Payments" you can pay upfront with your trusted bank card and experience seamless purchasing and refunds to the same credit/debit card.

  • Are there any hidden charges like sales tax when I make a purchase on Spree?

    There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Spree. The order amount, inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees, will be fully disclosed on the parcel and the invoice. Please note that we do not require our customers to pay extra cash to the delivery person.

  • What are Spree's Return, Refund, and Replacement Policies?

    If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.   • How long is the quality evaluation process for return?

    The quality evaluation process may take 2 to 4 business days once the item reaches to our warehouse.

    The Refund Process will begin after we have completed evaluating your returned product and only if it is determined to be a valid return. Then we will refund or replace the product for you within 7 business days.

    If it is an invalid return, the product will be sent back to you in 2-3 business days.

    Official Stores products are either sold directly by Spree, or sourced from the brand principal or authorized distributor of the brand principal.

  • How can I identify Official Stores product in the website?

    You can identify Spree Official Stores products by the Spree Official Stores badge on the product's page and catalog page for specific products.

  • Can I add multiple email addresses to login to my account?

    To make sure that your account is always secure, multiple email addresses cannot be added. However, you can replace your current email address with a new one.

  • How can I deactivate my account?

    There is no ongoing charges for keeping your account. You can let it be and come back to us whenever you want.

  • How can I sign-up as a customer on Spree?

    Start by clicking “My Account” and then “Sign Up” in the top right corner of your screen. Then you will be asked to provide some basic information. When you have provided the required information, click submit to finish the sign-up process.

  • How can I change the password of my account?

    Click 'Your Account' in the top right corner of your screen (if you are logged in you would see your name there).

    Go to 'Manage My Account', and 'My Profile'.

    Click on 'Change password' and enter your current password and then enter new passwords.

  • How can I set my delivery address?

    To set a delivery address for your account:

    Click 'Your Account' in the top right corner of your screen (If you are logged in you would see your name there).

    Under the drop down list, click on 'Manage My Account.'

    Click on the editing icon beside the Address Book to add in your delivery address.

    Simply input your details in the required fields and you're good to go!

  • I have forgotten the password to my Spree account. How do I reset it?

    To reset the Password of your Spree account:

    On your login page, enter your registered email address and click the “Forgot Your Password” button just underneath the password box. You will receive an email on your registered account with instructions on how to set a new password.
